The Genentech project included the interior build-out of 28 floors in their Gateway complex, including a café, large-scale server rooms, large-scale training rooms, office space and the video conference center. We also completed a high rise life safety replacement in two of the buildings delivering the 1st floor in 14 weeks, and each consecutive floor within 2 weeks.
