Uber selected 1455 Market Street as their corporate headquarters. Decker completed several floors of tenant improvements for them within the building. Our work included significant smoke control modifications, all new lighting with LED sheets for presentation areas and decorative light fixtures, and a wireless Enlightened lighting control system with dimming and plug load control as well as extensive floor grounding grid for IDF and MDF closets. The level of detail involved in this project from a Lighting, Controls and Audio Visual standpoint was what made the project so unique.
