One Market Plaza is a historic 11 story building formerly owned by the Southern Pacific Railroad. Decker Electric was contracted to perform design/build as well as electrical, life safety and voice/data features. We installed 3 new 4000 amp services, a new state-of-the-art lighting control system to meet all title 24 codes, a new life safety system to meet all high rise UUKL smoke control National Electric codes.
